SkyLink Ground Crew - Xbox & PS5
Bring your airport turnaround to life with one complete ground-operations companion for Microsoft Flight Simulator on Xbox Series X|S and PlayStation 5.
SkyLink Ground Crew runs on your phone, tablet, or laptop while you fly. Nothing is installed on your console or inside Microsoft Flight Simulator.
One product supports:
Xbox Series X|S with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2020 or 2024
PlayStation 5 with Microsoft Flight Simulator 2024
You do not need separate Xbox and PlayStation editions.
Your virtual ground team
Use push-to-talk or touch controls to communicate with your dispatcher, ramp agent, fueller, ground engineer, boarding team and pushback crew.
Make natural requests such as:
“Start boarding, baggage and refuelling.”
“How many passengers are onboard?”
“How long until the fuel is finished?”
“Send an engineer to check a hydraulic issue.”
“Set us up for a tail-left push.”
“Brakes released, ready for pushback.”
“Start deboarding at the destination.”
Every voice function also has a manual button, so a microphone is optional.
Run multiple services together
Start compatible turnaround services at the same time and monitor each operation independently.
Live progress includes:
Passengers boarded or remaining
Baggage loaded or unloaded
Cargo handled
Estimated fuel onboard
Fuel loaded and remaining
Service percentages and estimated completion times
Queued, active, waiting, blocked and completed states
Complete ground-service coverage
SkyLink Ground Crew includes simulated workflows for:
Passenger boarding and deboarding
Baggage and cargo loading or unloading
Refuelling
Catering and cabin cleaning
Potable water and lavatory service
Ground power
Jetway and air-stairs coordination
Chocks and safety cones
De-icing
Pushback preparation
Pushback and engine-start coordination
Tug disconnect and bypass-pin confirmation
Arrival handling and stand guidance
Virtual maintenance and ground-engineer support
SimBrief integration
Import your latest SimBrief flight using your username or Pilot ID.
Available information can automatically pre-fill:
Callsign and flight number
Aircraft type
Origin and destination
Passenger count
Baggage and cargo
Block-fuel target
Planned weights and units
Missing information can always be entered or corrected manually.
Realistic fuel and service estimates
Enter your current fuel onboard and Ground Crew calculates how much fuel still needs to be loaded. It never assumes the full SimBrief block fuel is the amount being added.
Estimates account for fuel units, flow rates, connection time, aircraft size, passenger count, stand type and service configuration.
Choose between:
Realistic Time
Accelerated Simulation
Instant Simulation
Conversational ground interphone
Hold the clearly displayed push-to-talk control and speak through your companion device.
The interphone provides:
Listening and response indicators
Microphone level display
Captions and conversation transcript
Response replay
Text-request fallback
Microphone selection where supported
Regional English-speaking ground-crew voices
Departure services use the origin airport’s region. Arrival services use the destination region. The selected region can also be changed manually.
Pushback coordination
Follow a structured pushback sequence covering:
Tail-left, tail-right or straight-back selection
Service completion checks
Doors, brakes and engine confirmation
Brake-release call
Simulated engine-start conversation
Tug disconnect and bypass-pin confirmation
All aircraft movement and cockpit actions remain under your control in Microsoft Flight Simulator.
Virtual engineer support
Report simulator faults using voice or buttons. A virtual engineer will be dispatched and return a simulated resolved, deferred or unable-to-resolve outcome.
Maintenance responses are for flight-simulation immersion only. They are not real-world engineering, airworthiness or MEL advice.
Built for phones, tablets and laptops
The dark, cockpit-friendly interface uses large touch controls and separate tabs for Turnaround, Interphone, Fuel & Load, Pushback, Arrival, Flight Details and Settings.
The push-to-talk control remains easy to reach without scrolling through one oversized dashboard. The companion can also be added to your home screen on supported devices.
Important console limitations
SkyLink Ground Crew is an external companion. It cannot directly read or control your console aircraft.
It cannot automatically detect doors, brakes, engines, chocks, fuel, payload, aircraft movement or vehicle positions. It also cannot operate doors, change fuel or payload, animate vehicles or move the aircraft.
All services and progress displays are simulated estimates. Complete aircraft actions inside Microsoft Flight Simulator and confirm them in Ground Crew when requested.
