SkyLink Simulations is a digital product. All sales are final.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchases, or technical misunderstandings.

If the product does not function after documented support is provide with evidence of the product not working a refund

may be issued. This policy is compliant with Australian Consumer Law, which allows exceptions for digital downloads.

• Support hours are Monday to Friday (AEST)

• Out of hours support may take 1–2 business days to respond

• SkyLink does not support all third-party plugins, hardware, or modded aircraft

• Our Skylink Copilot and Skylink Comms are powered by Open AI and Eleven Labs
