Refund & Support Policy

Refunds:


SkyLink products are digital software products. Because access is provided immediately after purchase, all sales are final except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, mistaken purchases, incorrect platform selection, user setup issues, or technical misunderstandings where the product has been supplied as described.

If a SkyLink product does not function as advertised, the customer must contact support and provide clear evidence of the issue, including screenshots, error messages, system details, and where required, a short video showing the problem. We will first provide reasonable technical support to diagnose and resolve the issue.

If the issue cannot be resolved after documented support and the product is found to have a major fault under Australian Consumer Law, a refund, replacement, repair, or other appropriate remedy may be provided.

SkyLink products rely on cloud-based services, including voice recognition, AI processing, and audio generation. Performance may vary depending on the customer’s internet connection, device performance, microphone quality, operating system, firewall or security settings, network stability, simulator setup, and third-party service availability.

Minor delays, response time variations, audio stutters, temporary cloud-service latency, or reduced performance caused by the customer’s setup, internet connection, network conditions, or external services are not considered product faults and are not grounds for a refund.

Out-of-hours support requests may take 1 to 2 business days to receive a response.

SkyLink does not guarantee support for all third-party plugins, hardware, unsupported simulator modifications, modded aircraft, or third-party aircraft that are not listed as supported on the relevant product page.

SkyLink Co-Pilot, SkyLink Cabin Crew, and SkyLink Comms are powered by AI technology, large language models, voice recognition, and ElevenLabs audio generation.

Platform availability, simulator compatibility, and feature access may vary by product. Customers should review the product description and platform requirements before purchasing.
