All code, voice files, and branding remain the intellectual property of SkyLink Simulations.

 

3. Prohibited Uses

• Reselling or redistributing SkyLink without permission

• Claiming the product as your own

• Using SkyLink in any illegal or misleading way

 

4. Modifications

SkyLink may release updates at its discretion. We are not obligated to provide future versions or custom support beyond what is advertised.

 

5. Disclaimer

SkyLink is provided "as is." We make no guarantees regarding compatibility, performance, or uninterrupted service. Use is at your own risk.

 

6. Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under this jurisdiction.
